본 발명은 회전인장에 의한 벤딩 방식의 파이프 벤딩 작업기에 관한 것으로 종래에는 파이프 벤딩 작업기에 의하여 파이프의 굽힘가공시에 공작물인 파이프의 외경이나 굽힘반경이 달라질 때 마다 회전금형과 고정 클램프 및 회전클램프를 교체시켜서 작업하여야 하는 번거로운 불편이 있어 이를 해결하기 위하여 파이프의 클램핑 반경과 파이프의 굽힌반경을 고려하여 반원형 홈(12a, 12b, 12c)이 적층된 2단 이상의 다단형 회전금형(12)과 이에 대응되는 다단형 고정클램프(13) 및 다단형 회전클램프(14)를 파이프 벤딩 작업기에 장착하므로서 공작물인 파이프의 외경이나 굽힘반경이 달라지는 경우에도 회전금형과 고정클램프 및 회전클램프의 교체작업을 하지 않거나 그 교체작업을 최소화 할 수 있으므로서 파이프 굽힘가공의 작업능률을 향상시킨 파이프 벤딩 작업기이다.The present invention relates to a pipe bending work machine of a bending method using a rotational tension.
