Abstract
본 발명은 다주파용 초음파 발진기에 관한 것으로, 주파수 발진부로부터 발생되는 초음파의 공진주파수에 대해 구동부에서는 온/오프 전환시 소정시간의 휴지시간을 갖도록 하면서 증폭한 후 스위칭 전력증폭부에 선택 출력하도록 하고, DC전압을 입력받는 상기 스위칭 전력 증폭부에선 이를 고속으로 스위칭하여 트랜스 및 임피던스 정합부를 거쳐 진동자에 공급되도록 함으로써 최대전력에 의해 진동자가 동작하도록 하는 한편, 상기 진동자로 공급되는 전류를 전류검지부를 통해 검출하여 그 크기를 표시부의 바그래픽으로 표시하는 동시에 일정한 기준치보다 높은 외부에 알려주면서 구동부의 동작을 정지시켜 전원공급을 차단하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a multi-frequency ultrasonic oscillator, and amplified while having a predetermined time during the on / off switching in the driving unit for the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic wave generated from the frequency oscillator and then selectively output to the switching power amplifier The switching power amplification part receiving the DC voltage is switched at a high speed to be supplied to the vibrator through a transformer and an impedance matching part so that the vibrator is operated by the maximum power, and the current supplied to the vibrator is transmitted through the current detector.
