Abstract
본 발명은 연속공급되는 내부도체상에 유전층을 압축하는 단계, 이와 같이 형성된 절연도체의 둘레에 종방향으로 인입되는 금속밴드를 슬릿을 가진 관으로 성형하고 슬릿을 가진 관의 종방향 모서리를 용접하는 단계 및 용접된 관을 유전층의 표면상으로 빼내는 단계를 포함하는 동축 케이블의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에서는 적어도 표면상에 플라스틱층을 구비하는 금속밴드를 사용하여 종방향 모서리의 용접을 레이저 용접에 의해 수행한다.The present invention comprises the steps of compressing a dielectric layer on a continuously supplied inner conductor, forming a metal band longitudinally drawn around the insulating conductor thus formed into a tube with a slit and welding the longitudinal edges of the tube with a slit And removing the welded tube onto the surface of the dielectric layer.
