Abstract
본 발명은 마늘유(갈릭오일)중의 알리신의 새로운 분석방법에 관한 것이다. 갈릭오일중의 알리신의 분석방법에 있어서, 디-n-프로필 디설파이드를 내부표준품으로 사용하고 알리신의 경시변화로 인한 주 분해 생성물인 디알릴 디설파이드를 표준품으로 사용하여 개스크로마토그래피하여 갈릭오일중의 알리신을 간편하게 정확히 측정할 수 있다.

제1도는 실시예 1의 갈릭오일의 디알릴 디설파이드 표준품의 개스크로마토그램이며,
제2도는 실시예 1의 갈릭오일의 디알릴 디설파이드, 디-n-프로필 디설파이드(내부표준품), 3-비닐-1,2-디티-5-엔(144-Ⅰ) 및 3-비닐-1,2-디티-4-엔(144-Ⅱ)의 개스크로마토그램이며,
제3도는 시판품(유로메드 : 상품명)의 갈릭오일의 디알릴 디설파이드의 개스크로마토그램이며,
제4도는 시판품(유로메드 : 상품명)의 갈릭오일의 디알릴 디설파이드, 디-n-프로필 디설파이드(내부표준품), 3-비닐-1,2-디티-4-엔(144-Ⅰ) 및 3-비닐-1,2-디티-4-엔(144-Ⅱ)의 개스크로마토그램이다.

- 갈릭오일중의 알리신의 분석방법에 있어서, 디-n-프로필 디설파이드를 내부표준품으로 사용하고 알리신의 경시변화로 인한 주 분해생성물인 디알릴 디설파이드를 표준품으로 사용하여 개스크로마토그래피하여 갈릭오일중의 알리신의 함량을 측정함을 특징으로 하는 갈릭오일중의 알리신의 분석방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
