Abstract

Nimbya scirpicola K-004M를 액체배지중에서 배양하고, 얻어진 균사체를 단편화한다. 배지의 초기 pH를 7.5~10으로 설정한다. 액체배지로써, 바리다마이신 A를 포함한 배지를 사용한다. 사상균사 또는 그 단편으로 되고, 활성단위가 높은 쿠로구와이 방제용 미생물 제초제를 효율좋게 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. Nimbya scirpicolaK-004를 액체배지중에서 배양하고, 얻어진 균사체를 단편화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠로구와이 방제용 미생물 제초제의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 배지의 초기 pH를 7.5~10으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠로구와이 방제용 미생물 제초제의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서 액체배지로써, 바리다마이신 A를 포함한 배지를 사용하는 쿠로구와이 방제용 미생물 제초제의 제조방법.
  4. 바리다마이신 A를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는Nimbya scirpicolaK-004의 균사체의 생산배지.
