Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리타르타르산 화합물 1 이상의 부식 억제량을 시스템에 부가하는 것을 포함하는, 수용액과 접촉하고 있는 금속의 부식 억제 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 H 및 C1-C4알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, n은 4미만이고, 혼합물의 평균 분자량은 n이 평균 1.2 내지 3인 것에 상응한다.

제 1 도는 경도가 높은 물 중에서 에리트라르 - 타르타르산(ET산), 폴리타르타르산(POLYTAR), L - 타르타르산(L - TARTARIC) 및 점액산의 농도에 대한 부식 억제 활성을 나타낸 도표, 제 2 도는 경도가 높은 물 중에서 서로 다른 분자량을 갖는 폴리타르타르산의 상대적인 부식 억제 속도를 나타낸 도표.
Claims (15)
- 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리타르타르산 1 이상의 부식 억제량을 시스템에 부가하는 것을 포함하는, 수성시스템과 접촉하고 있는 금속의 부식 억제 방법;상기식에서, n은 4미만이고, 폴리타르타르산의 평균 분자량은 n이 평균 1.2 내지 3인 것에 상응하며, R은 각각 독립적으로 H 및 C1-C4알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리타르타르산을 타르타르산, 포스페이트, 포스포페이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 아졸 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제 2 의 수용성 성분과 조합하여 수성 시스템에 부가하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리타르타르산 및 타르타르산, 포스페이트, 포스포네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 아졸 및 그의 혼합물의 조합물이 활성 성분을 기준으로 각각 1 : 10 내지 20 : 1의 중량비를 갖는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리타르타르산 및 타르타르산, 포스페이트, 포스포네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 아졸 또는 그의 혼합물의 조합물이 활성 성분을 기준으로 각각 2 : 1 내지 10 : 1의 중량비를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 평균 n이 1.4 내지 2인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시스템에 부가되는 폴리타르타르산의 양이 0.01 내지 500ppm인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시스템에 부가되는 폴리타르타르산의 양이 0.01 내지 100ppm인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시스템에 부가되는 폴리타르타르산의 양이 0.5 내지 50ppm인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n이 2인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리타르타르산을 스케일 억제제, 살균제, 킬레이트제, 봉쇄제, 분산제, 중합제, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제 2 수처리성분과 조합하여 시스템에 부가하는 방법.
- 하기 일반식을 가지며 폴리타르타르산 : 타르타르산(포스페이트, 포스포네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 아졸 또는 그의 혼합물)의 중량비가 활성 성분을 기준으로 각각 1 : 10 내지 20 : 1의 범위에 있는, 폴리타르타르산 1이상의 조합물을 포함하는 유용한 부식 억제 조성물.상기식에서, n은 4미만이고; 폴리타르타르산의 평균 분자량은 n이 평균 1.2 내지 3인 것에 상응하며, R은 각각 독립적으로 H 및 C1-C4알킬과 타르타르산, 포스페이트, 포스포네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 아졸 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중량비가 2 : 1 내지 10 : 1인 조성물.
