Abstract

본 발명은 열수축성 부재의 연속융착장치에 관한 것으로, 연신된 열수축 시이트재에 합성섬유 직물과 고분자 중합체를 융착시키는 과정에서 연신된 열수축 시이트재가 융착시 열을 받아 폭방향으로의 수축을 방지하도록 열수축 시이트재의 모서리를 홀딩(Holding)하는 모서리가이드를 융착장치에 설치하여 폭방향의 수축을 방지하며 연속융착하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 열수축성 부재의 융착장치에 있어서, 열수축성 부재의 융착시 열수축 시이트재(100′)의 수축을 방지하도록 무한궤도(302)로 연결된 상·하 종동롤(300)과 구동롤(301) 사이에 히터(303)를 내장한 이송프레스(304)와 고정프레스(305)를 형성한 종래의 구성에서, 상기 고정프레스(305)의 양측에 모서리 결합부(11)와 걸림부(12)를 갖는 모서리 가이드(10)를 형성하고 이의 끝단에 커터(205)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 열수축성 부재의 융착장치.
