Abstract

도표 및 기타 피복물을 도포시키는 정전기 분무 건은 전방 단부에 접촉부를 갖는 고압 전원부를 구비한다. 전원부의 단부 상의 플랜지는 상기 접촉부를 둘러싸며 고무 보호 덮개 시일은 플랜지 상에 몰린다. 고무 보호 덮개 안에서 분무 건의 통 안에 위치한 도전체와 접촉하는 도전성 고무 핀이 위치된다. 이렇게 구성된 본 발명 장치를 이용하면 분무 건의 전방 단부의 정전 용량을 최소화시키며 또한 상기 영역에서의 공기량이 실질적으로 제거되고 결과적으로 유해한 오존의 생성을 제한한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 출력 접촉부와, 이 출력을 접촉부를 덮으며 원통형인 통로를 갖는 보호 덮개를 구비한 고압 전원을 포함하는 정전기 분무 건에 있어서, 공기를 제거하고 정전 용량을 감소시키기 위해 상기 관통로에 위치하여 이 통로를 채우는 도전성의 가요성 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 분무 건.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성의 가요성 부재가 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 분무 건.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성의 가요성 부재가 부틸 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 분무 건.
