셀룰라폰의 전원이 차단된 상태에서 전원/종료키를 누르면 CPU(15)는 전원키 (PWR)의 입력으로 인식하므로 전원이 공급되고 전환기가 정상적으로 동작을 수행하기 위하여 수신대기모드로 진입하며, 수신대의 상태에서 사용자가 전화를 걸거나 외부에서 전화가 걸려오면 통화키(SND)를 눌러서 통화모드로 진입하며 자유롭게 통화할 수 있게되고, 통화가 끝나 사용자가 전원/종료키를 누르면 CPU(15)는 종료키 (END)의 입력으로 인식하여 통화모드에서 대기모드로 전환된다. 또한 통화가 진행된 상태에서 사용자가 바로 전원을 끄고 싶을 경우에는 통화중 전원/종료키를 입려가면 CPU(15)에서 이를 인식하고 타이머를 작동시켜 전원/종료키가 소정시간 이하 동안 눌러진것으로 판단되면 종료키(END)입력으로 인식하여 대기모드로 복귀하고, 소정시간이상동안 전원/종료키의 입력이 있는 것으로 인식되면 전원키(PWR)입력으로 인식하여 전원을 차단시킨다.When the power / end key is pressed while the cellular phone is powered off, the CPU 15 recognizes it as the input of the power key (PWR), so power is supplied and the switch enters the standby mode to perform the normal operation.
