Abstract
본 발명은 전해콘덴서의 구동용 전해액에 관한 것으로서 특히 에틸렌 글리콜 보다 어는점이 낮은 모노 매틸포름아미드(NMF)를 용매로 하고 이에 붕소(Borid acid)과 아드포산(Adipic acid)을 전해질로 용해하여 전도도를 향상시켰으며 트리에틸아민을 첨가하여 ph를 알루미늄이 용해하지 않는 5~8범위로 조절하고 기타 제품의 수명특성을 향상시키기 위하여 파라니트로 페놀 및 파라니트로 안식 향산을 첨가하여 전해액을 구성하여 광역의 온도범위에서 사용이 가능하고 또한 순수(pure H2O)의 미사용으로 고온시 전해액의 드라이 업(Dry up)에 따라 전해콘덴서의 용량감소 현상을 현저히 개선할 수 있도록된 전해콘덴서의 구동용 전해액에 관한 고안이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
