Abstract

본 발명은 용해성이 다른 2종 이상의 고분자 물질로 구성된 해도형 복합섬유를 폴리비닐 알코올, 전분, 카복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 초산비닐중합체 또는 그의 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 내지 2종 이상의 혼합물인 수용성 고분자 3∼20중량%와 수용성 실리콘, 아미노변성실리콘, 알킬아미드 유도체, 지방족아미드 유도체, 다가알코올지방족 에스터 중합체 또는 그의 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 내지 2종 이상의 혼합물인 유연제 1∼5%의 혼합수용액 또는 유화액으로 패딩처리하고 고분자 탄성체를 충진시킨 후 감량처리시 복합섬유의 해성분과 복합 섬유의 외부를 둘러싸고 있는 수용성 고분자를 제거하여 섬유와 고분자 탄성체 사이에 공극을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 유연성이 우수한 인조 피혁의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 용해성이 다른 2종 이상의 고분자 물질로 구성된 해도형 복합섬유를 수용성 고분자와 유연제의 혼합수용액 또는 유화액으로 패딩처리하고 고분자 탄성체를 충진시킨 후 감량처리시 복합섬유의 해성분과 복합섬유의 외부를 둘러싸고 있는 수용성 고분자를 제거하여 섬유와 고분자 탄성체 사이에 공극을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 유연성이 우수한 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 고분자는 폴리비닐 알코올, 전분, 카복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 초산비닐중합체 또는 그의 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 내지 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합수용액 또는 유화액중 수용성 고분자의 농도가 3∼20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유연제는 수용성 실리콘, 아미노변성실리콘, 알킬아미드 유도체, 지방족아미드 유도체, 다가알코올지방족 에스터 중합체 또는 그의 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 내지 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 유연제의 농도가 1∼5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 고분자와 유연제의 혼합수용액 또는 유화액이 섬유 100부에 대하여 10∼50부 패딩됨을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
