Abstract

본 발명은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT)섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것임.
PBT와 PET를 블랜드하여 감량가공성이 우수한 PBT 섬유를 제조하는 경우에 PBT와 PET 폴리머간의 융점과 용융점도의 현저한 차이때문에 방사성이 불량하였으며, 또 PBT 섬유와 PET 섬유를 사용하여 인조모피를 제조하는 경우에 PBT 섬유의 알키리감량가공성 불량르로 말미암아 생산성이 불량하였다.
본 발명은 PBT 섬유와 PET 섬유를 사용하여 인조모피를 제조할때 감량가공성을 향상시킨 PBT 섬유를 제조하기 위하여, PBT에 금속설포네이프를 함유한 PET 10~30중량%를 혼합하여 용융방사함을 특징으로 하는 PBT 섬유의 제조방법임.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트에, 금속염이 함유된 설포네이트화합물을 5~20몰% 공중합시킨 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 10~30중량% 혼합시켜 방사함을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유의 제조방법.
