Abstract
본 발명은 나일론6 필름의 뒤어난 강도 및 산소차단성을 유지하면서 필름의 수축율을 크게 하고 균일한 수축특성을 나타내는 포장용 수축성 이축연신 폴리아미드 필름 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 에틸렌디아민, 펜타메틸렌디아민, 메타, 파라크셀린디아민 및 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 아디핀산, 아제라인산 중에서 선택된 산, 염기 선분으로 구성되는 폴리아미드가 0.5~5중량% 포함되는 폴리아미드6 공중합체를 튜브상으로 압출, 급냉시키고 이어서 부정형의 시트를 종,횡방향으로 동시 이축연신한 후, 연신온도 이상, 170℃ 이하에서 열처리를 행하되 하기식을 만족하는 범위내에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 수축성 이축연신 폴리아미드 필름의 제조방법.The present invention relates to a packaging shrinkable biaxially stretched polyamide film and a manufacturing method for increasing the shrinkage of the film while maintaining the superior strength and oxygen barrier properties of the nylon 6 film, and exhibiting uniform shrinkage characteristics, including hexamethylenediamine, ethylenediamine, Extruded polyamide 6 copolymer containing 0.5 to 5% by weight of polyamide consisting of pentamethylenediamine, meta, paraxelindiamine and an acid selected from isophthalic acid, terephthalic acid, adipic acid, azeline acid, and base line segments.
