Abstract
본 발명은 에틸렌과 분자상 산소의 기상접촉 부분산화반응에 의하여 산화에틸렌을 제조하기 위해서 사용되는 은담지 촉매에 관한 것이다. 즉, 산화에틴렌 제조용 은촉매는 에틸렌을 분자상 산소와 기상접촉산화에서 산화에틸렌을 제조하는 담지형 촉매로서 주촉매인 은 및 조촉매로서 알칼리금속, 알칼리토류 금속, 염소적당량 및 니오비움을 잠유하고 있는 것으로서 담체에 주촉매인 은과 조촉매인 동시 또는 분리 담지시켜서 제조된 것으로 활성 선택성이 높고 촉매의 수명도 길다.The present invention relates to a silver supported catalyst used for producing ethylene oxide by vapor phase catalytic partial oxidation of ethylene and molecular oxygen. In other words, the silver catalyst for producing ethylene oxide is a supported catalyst for producing ethylene oxide from molecular oxygen and gas phase catalytic oxidation, and is a main catalyst of silver and cocatalyst, which occludes alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, chlorine equivalent and niobium. It is prepared by simultaneously or separately supporting silver as the main catalyst and cocatalyst on the carrier, and has high activity selectivity and long catalyst life.
