Abstract
차동 출력형 증폭기 등에 노이즈로서 발생하는 동상 신호 성분을 높은 동상제거비(CMRR)로 제거할 수 있는 필터회로를 얻는다. 능동 필터를 구성하는 앞단의 콘덕턴스 앰프(G1)의 정상 입력 단자를 제1의 저항기(R1)를 통해 제1의 입력단자 (IN1)에 접속하는 동시에 제2의 저항기(R2)를 통해 접지점에 접속하는 한편, 제1의 콘덕턴스 앰프(G1)의 역상 입력 단자를 제3의 저항기(R3)를 통해 제2의 입력단자 (IN2)에 접속하는 동시에 제4의 저항기를 통해 외부 출력 단자에 접속하고, 더구나 제1 및 제2의 저항기의 저항치비와 제3 및 제4의 저항기의 저항치비를 같게 하여, 동상 신호 성분을 포함하는 한쪽의신호를 제1의 입력단자 (IN1)에 다른쪽의 신호를 제2의 입력단자 (IN2)에 각기 가하도록 한 것이다.A filter circuit capable of removing in-phase signal components generated as noise in a differential output amplifier or the like with a high in-phase rejection ratio (CMRR) is obtained.
