Abstract
본 발명은 브러쉬레스 직류(BLDC)모터 적용 세탁기의 포량 가지 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 초기 급수되기 전에 건조상태의 포량을 F,G 시그널과 모터에 흐르는 전류를 조합하여 감지하므로써 최적의 세탁 효과를 기대할 수 있게 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 종래의 기술은 사용자가 포량에 맞는 세제량을 넣기 위해서는 포량감지 수위까지의 급수 시간과 모터 온/오프반복시간(약9초)을 기다려야 하므로 보통 사용자는 세탁량을 어림잡아 넣은 뒤 일시 정지키를 온하여 세탁을 실시하기 때문에 세제량 과다 혹은 부족으로 최적의 세탁효과를 얻을 수 없으며, 또한 유도모터 오프시 역기전력을 펄스 번환함에 있어 비교전압보다 낮은 역기전력을 무시하므로써 정확한 포량감지가 될 수 없는 문제점들이 있었다.The conventional technology requires the user to wait for the water supply time until the quantity detection level and the motor on / off repetition time (about 9 seconds) in order to put the detergent amount suitable for the quantity, so that the user usually turns on the pause key after estimating the amount of washing.
