Abstract
액체 시료에 펄스형 레이저를 조사시켰을 때에 시료로 부터 방출되는 형광을 측정하여 시료중에 포함된 형광 방출 분자의 농도를 정량분석하는 것으로, 질소레이저빔 전단에 미러(1) 및 색소쎌(2)을 설치하되 빔의 일부는 빔스프리터(BS) 및 포토다이오드(PD1)를 경유 신호제어 신회로에 입력시키게 설치하고 색소쎌(2)로간 빔은 글라스렌즈(L2), 광필터(3)를 경유 PM튜브(3a)에 입사시켜 신호제어 회로에 입력시키게 설치하며 빔의 일부는 미러(1') 및 포토다이오드(PD2)를 경유 신호제어 회로에 입력시키게 설치하여 신호제어 회로는 PC에 연결시킨것을 특징으로 하는 “펄스형 레이저를 이용한 형광분석 장치”.When the liquid laser is irradiated with a pulsed laser, the fluorescence emitted from the sample is measured, and the concentration of the fluorescence emitting molecules contained in the sample is quantitatively analyzed.
