본 발명은 비피더스균 생장 촉진인자로서의 용도를 갖는 알로에피 유래의 식이섬유에 관한 것이다. 종래 장내 이상현상을 억제하고, 혈중의 과지방 또는 과당, 직장암을 예방하는 효과를 갖는 것으로 알려졌던 식이섬유는 본 발명자에 의해 처음으로 비피더스 생장 촉진효과를 갖는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 발명에 따르면 현재 폐기되고 있는 알로에피에서 유래된 식이섬유를 사용하므로 자원 재활용의 효과를 부가적으로 얻을 수 있다.The present invention relates to dietary fiber derived from aloe epi, which has a use as a bifidus growth promoter.
