Abstract

폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합고무로 구성된 수지조성물에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합고무의 합계가 35중량% 이하이고, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 용융지수의 비(폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌)가 0. 1∼70인 수지 조성물은 유연성이 있으면서 내열성 및 인장강도가 크게 저하되지 않고, 특히 저온에서의 충격강도가 좋아 온수온돌용 파이프용으로 적압한 압출성형용 수지조성물이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합고무로 구성된 수지조성물에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합 고무의 합계가 35중량% 이하이고, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 용융지수(HI)의 비가 0.1∼70(폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌)인 압출 성형용 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 60∼85중량부, 폴리에틸렌이 10∼30중량부, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합고무 2.5∼7.5중량부로 구성된 수지조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌의 용융지수가 0.1∼1.0이고, 비중이 0.900∼0.920인 수지 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 플리프로필렌의 용융지수가 0.05∼30이고, 비중이 0.940∼0.970인 수지 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합고무의 에틸렌 함량이 60∼80중량부이고, 프로필렌 함량이 20∼40중량부인 수지 조성물.
