Abstract

캐리어 반송대(11)은 대향적으로 배치되는 중공형 횡부재(12,13) 및 좌우의 종부재(14,15)를 구비한다. 전후 양 횡부재(12,13)의 대향벽부1(2a〈13a), 상부벽부(12b,13b) 및 전후 양 외측벽부(12c,13c)는 절곡된 한 장의 금속판에 의해 구성되게 된다. 전후 양 횡부재(12,13)의 대향벽부(2a,13a)에 종부재단부 삽통구멍이 형성되고, 상기 전후 양 외측벽부(12c,13c)의 소정의 장소에는 보울트 구멍이 형성된다. 전후 양 횡부재(12,13) 및 좌우 양 종부재(14,15)는 보울트(18,18)을 개재하여 상호 결합되게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 컨베이어 캐리어(10) 반송대(11)에 있어서, 대향적으로 배치되는 전후 한쌍의 중공형 횡부재(12,13) 및 상기 횡부재(12,13)을 상호 연결시키는 좌우 한쌍의 종부재(14,15)를 구비하고, 전후 양횡부재(12,13)의 대향벽부1(2a,13a), 상부벽부(12b,13b) 및 전후 양 외측벽부(12c,13c)는 절곡된 한 장의 금속판에 의해 구성되며 전후 양 횡부재(12,13)의 대향벽부(12a,13a)에 종부재 단부 삽통 구멍(16,16)이 대향적으로 형성되고, 상기 전후 양외측벽부(12c,13c)의 종부재 단부 삽통구멍(16,16)에 대응되는 위치에는 보울트 구멍(17,17)이 형성되며, 전후 양횡부재(12,13)의 대향벽부(12a,13a)의 삽통구멍(16,16)에 좌우 양종부재(14,15)의 단부(14a,15a)가 삽입되고, 전후 양 외측벽부(12c,13c)의 보울트 구멍(17,17)에는 종부재 고정용 보울트 (18,18)의 수나사부(18a,18a)가 삽입되어 상기 수나사부(18a,18a)가 종부재(14,15)의 단부(14a,15a)에 형성되는 암나사부(21,21)에 나사 결합되게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 캐리어 반송대.
