Abstract

이 발명은 IDTV, EDTV, HD-MAC TV, 및 기타 더블 스캐닝(Double Scanning) 기법을 필요로 하는 텔레비젼에 관한 것이다.
이 발명은 수직방향 및 대각선 방향인 세가지 방향의 인접점들중 가장 적합한 세점을 택하여 메디언 필터를 통해서 보정점을 구해 더블 스캔시 필드간 보정을 위해 삽입되는 필드의 데이타 값으로 이용함으로써 필드 간 화질 보정은 물론 한 두 방향의 임펄스 노이즈에 대한 영향을 줄일 수 있으며, 또한 수직 방향의 에지에 대한 보정효과가 크므로 인하여 보다 좋은 화질을 시청할 수 있게 된다.

제2도는 이 발명에 따른 메디언 필터를 이용한 더블 스캐닝 회로의 일실시예를 나타낸 회로도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 텔례비젼의 한 화면을 구성하는 제1, 제2필드의 3×3 블럭의 화소에서 수직 방향과 대각선 방향의 3가지 경우의 상관관계값을 구하여 가장 차이가 적은 두 경우의 값을 구하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 구한 두 값과 제2필드의 한 값을 메디언 필터를 통하여 중간값을 구하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 구한 중간값으로 더블 스캐닝을 하는 단계로 이루어지는 메디언 필터를 이용한 더블 스캐닝 방법.
  2. 영상신호 입력단(IN)에 연결되어 이 영상신호 입력단(IN)으로부터 입력되는 영상신호의 1필드분을 저장하는 필드메모리(10)와, 상기 필드메모리(10)에 각각 연결되어 3×3 블럭의 화소중 각각 대각선 방향의 값(a(i-1)), (a(i+4)), (a(i+1)), (a(i+2))및 수식 방향의 값(a) (a(i+3))을 익스클루시브 오아하는 익스클루시브 오아게이트(EX-OR1)~(EX-OR4)와, 상기 익스클루시브 오아게이트(EX-OR1)∼(EX-OR3)에 연결되어 이 익스클루시브 오아게이트(EX-OR1)∼(EX-OR3)의 출력값중 가장 작은 값을 선택하는 판별기(20)와, 상기 필드 메모리(10) 및 판별기(20)에 연결되어 상기 필드메모리(10)로부터의 값(a(i-1)), (a(i+4)), (a(i+1)), (a(i+2)), (a(i)), (a(i+3))과 상기 판별기(20)로부터의 값을 비교하여 가장 차이가 적은 두 값을 출력하는 데이타 선택기(30)와, 상기 데이타 선택기(30) 및 영상신호 입력단(IN)에 연결되어 상기 데이타 선택기(30)로부터의 두 값과 영상신호 입력단(IN)으로부터의 제2필드의 한 데이타 값을 메디언 필터링하여 중간값을 출력하는 메디언 필터부(40)로 구비되는 메디언 필터를 이용한 더블 스캐닝 회로.
