Abstract
본 발명은 CCD 카메라에 의한 비젼데이타를 검사하는 비젼시스템부와, 수대부에 놓인 LCD를 구동시키는 LCD구동부와, LCD를 로딩시키고 고정시키는 제1모터부를 선택구동하는 제1모터구동부와, CCD 카메라의 개략포커싱 모터를 구동하는 제2모터구동부와, 상기 수대부에 LCD가 고정되거나 로딩중인지를 판단하는 센서부와, 상기 비젼시스템와 키입력부 및 디스플레이 작동과 센서부의 입력에 따라 상기 LCD구동부, 제1 및 제2 모터구동부를 제어하는 마이컴부로 구성된 것으로, 제1모터부와 센서부에 의해 LCD를 수대부로 로딩, 배출 및 고정 시키고 CCD 카메라에 의해 비젼시스템부에서 검사하고 마이컴에서 이상유무를 판단하여 디스플레이부에 디스플레이시키므로, LCD 검사를 자동화시키고 검사시간이 단축된다.The present invention provides a vision system unit for inspecting vision data by a CCD camera, an LCD driver for driving an LCD placed on a large body, a first motor driver for selectively driving a first motor unit for loading and fixing an LCD, and a CCD camera.
