본 발명은 폴리에스테르 필름에 산화 방지제와 불활성 입자를 첨가하고 제조공정을 제어하여 말단 카르복실기와 환상 삼량체의 함량을 저하시킴으로서, 내열성 뿐 아니라 전기 절연성, 내마모성, 표면 특성 및 내전압 결함 등을 개선한 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것으로서, 필름 구성 성분의 70중량% 이상이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르로 제조된 필름에 있어서, 산화방지제 0.01 내지 3.0중량% 및 평균 입경 0.01 내지 5um의 불활성 입자 0.01 내지 5.0중량%를 포함하고, 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 환상삼량체의 함량이 0.7중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 일측 배향된 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 필름은 전기절연용, 마그네틱용 및 포장용 등에 적합하며, 그밖에도 콘덴서용, 그래픽용 및 일반 산업분야에 다양하게 이용할 수 있다.The present invention is to reduce the content of terminal carboxyl groups and cyclic trimers by adding antioxidants and inert particles to the polyester film and controlling the manufacturing process, thereby improving the heat resistance as well as the electrical insulation, abrasion resistance, surface properties and withstand voltage defects.
