Abstract

본 발명은 흑연액 공급장치로서 특해 음극선관의 외부에 흑연을 도포하는 롤러에 흑연을 공급하는 것으로서 공급된 흑연이 롤러에 흘러내림을 해결할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 도포롤러에 흑연액을 공급하는 흑연공급부와 상기 흑연공급부에 의하여 공급된 흑연액이 일정량으로 유지되게 조절하는 조절부의 회전봉에 묻은 흑연액을 제거하여 주도록 구성하였다.

제1도는 음극선관의 내외면에 흑연이 도포된 상태를 나타낸 도면, 제4도는 본 발명 도포롤러에 흑연을 공급하는 장치로서, (가)는 사시도, (나)는 측면도, 제5도는 제4도의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 도포롤러에 흑연액을 공급하는 흑연공급부와, 상기 흑연공급부에 의하여 공급된 흑연액이 일정량으로 유지되게 조절하는 조절부와, 일정량으로 유지되는 흑연액 공급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연 공급부는 흑연액이 담아져 있는 공급통(101)과 사이 공급통(101)에 축설되어 회전하면서 흑연액을 도포롤러(102)에 공급하는 회전믹서(103)를 포함하고 있는 흑연액 공급장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조절부는 흑연액이 함유된 도포롤러(102)를 대고 누르면 흑연액이 묻어나오도록 공급통(101)에 축설되어 회전하는 회전봉(104)(104´)과 상기 회전통(104)(104´)을 회전시키기 위한 회전믹서(103)와 연결된 벨트(105)를 포함하는 흑연액 공급장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 회전봉(104)(104´)은 도포롤러(102)의 양단부의 흑연액을 짜내기가 용이하도록 중앙에 도포롤러의 폭보다 짧게 굴곡부(109)(109´)을 포함하는 흑연액 공급장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제거부는 회전봉(104)(104´)에 묻은 흑연액을 제거할 수 있도록 회전봉(104)(104´)의 면과 같은 크기의 면을 갖는 흑연액 제거판(106)(106´)을 포함하는 흑연액 공급장치.
