Abstract
본 발명은 정온도계수특성을 지닌 도전성 고분자를 이용한 전기장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 전기장치는, 도전성 카본블랙을 분산, 함유하여 정온도계수특성을 지닌 임의의 모양의 도전성 고분자에, 상기 도전성 고분자를 통하여 전기를 통할 수 있도록 하는 적어도 2개 이상의 전극을 부착한 부소자를 적어도 2개이상 포함하며, 상기 부소자들의 전극을 서로 병렬 연결하고, 서로 열교환이 용이하도록 인접하게 설치하며, 상기 부소자들 사이에 절연물을 두어 서로 절연시키고, 상기 병렬연결된 부소자의 전극을 전원과 연결할 수 있도록 부착시킨 적어도 2개 이상의 전극을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어, 종래의 단일 도전성 고분자 소자로 이루어진 회로보호소자에 비해, 트립시간이 단축되는 결과를 얻었으며, 리셋시간도 단축되는 결과를 얻을 수 있다.The present invention relates to an electrical apparatus using a conductive polymer having a constant temperature coefficient characteristic, wherein the electrical apparatus of the present invention is a conductive polymer of any shape having a constant temperature coefficient characteristic by dispersing and containing conductive carbon black.
