본 고안은 비닐 하우스용 문의 골조에 관한 것으로 구체적인 특징은 일반적인 파이프에형 홈을 형성하여 비닐을 넣고 고무 또는 나이론 끈으로형 홈에 억지끼움을 하여 비닐이형 홈을 벗어나지 못하게 하여 비닐 하우스용 문을 간단하게 만들 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래의 비닐 하우스용 문의 골조는 단순하게 파이프나 각목 등에 비닐을 감은 다음 철사 등으로 등 간격으로 파이프나 각목 등에 감겨진 비닐을 묶어 사용한 관계로 비닐이 찢겨져 제 구실을 하지 못하는 등 다수의 문제점이 대두되었다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 고안된 것으로 첨부된 도면과 관련하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
일반적인 파이프에형 홈(1)을 파이프의 길이 만큼 형성하여서 된 구조이다.
도면중 미설명 부호(10)은 비닐 하우스를 의미한다.
이와같은 본 고안의 작용 및 효과에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 파이프에형 홈(1)을 형성한 골조(2)를 비닐 하우스에 맞게 문의 형태를 만든 다음, 비닐(5)을 골조(2)에 형성된형 홈(1)에 근접시켜 고무 또는 나이론 끈(6)을 비닐(5)과 함께 골저(2)의형 홈(1)에 억지끼움하면형 홈(1)의 내부는 넓고, 입구는 좁은 관계로 고무 또는 나이론 끈(6)과 함께 억지끼움이 된 비닐(5)은 인위적인 힘을 가하지 않으면형 홈(1)밖으로 나오지 않게 되어 고정이 되게 한 것이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 종래와 같이 비닐이 찢겨지지 않고 많은 인력과 재료의 절감과 간단한 작업으로 비닐을 확실하게 고정하므로 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 등 장점이 많은 고안이다.
