본 고안은 기구에 대한 릴레이의 동작 상태를 유지하는 레칭 릴레이의 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 레칭릴레이는 코일에 전원이 인가되면 자계가 발생하여 코아가 자석이 되어 아마추어가 코아에 붙으면서 아마추어에 부착되어있는 가동접점판이 하강하면서 가동접점판 선단에 부착된 가동 접점이 고정접점단자에 부착된 고정접점이 붙게되어 릴레이가 동작하고, 전원을 차단하였을 때에도, 코아가 반경질 자성 재료로서 릴레이가 동작시 영구 자석의 성질이 발생하여, 코아는 계속 아마추어를 잡아당기게 되는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 영구 자석의 성질은 자기에너지에 의해 동작상태를 유지하므로써, 외부의 충격에 약하고, 또한 코아의 가공시 재질의 경도가 높기 때문에 가공이 어렵고, 따라서 불량이 다량 발생하며, 현재 사용되는 코아의 반경질자성재료(EFC)는 전량 수입에 의존하므로 제품에 대한 원가의 상승으로 제품의 가격이 고가인 것등이 단점으로 지적되어 왔던 것이다. 따라서 본 고안은 종래의 이러한 점을 해소하고자 고안된 것이다. 상술하면, 지지부를 요크에 부착하고, 지지부에는 잠금부가 원활히 움직이도록 연결하고, 잠금 돌출부가 아마추어를 개폐하므로서 외부의 충격에 강하고 가공성이 용이하여 고품질의 제품을 저렴한 가격에 제공할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a locking device for a latching relay that maintains the operating state of the relay relative to the instrument.
