Abstract
본 발명은 영상신호의 수직블랭킹부에 중첩하는 파형데이터를 기록하기 위한 전용영역을 구비한 디지틀 VCR등의 영상신호기록재생장치에 관한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 중첩하는 파형의 샘플을 4레벨로 표시하고 수직블랭킹부의 1수평기간중에 50개미만의 샘플점을 가지고, 또 수직블랭킹부의 임의의 수평기간에 파형을 중첩할 수 있다. 테이프상의 1트랙에는, 예를들면 1수평기간에 중첩하는 48샘플의 파형데이터 12바이트와, 이 파형중첩에 관한 부가정보용으로 1바이트의 합께 13바이 트를 기록한다 이 결과 중첩하는 파형데이타의 1트랙당 총 데이터량에 차지하는 비율을 0.1%정도로 하고 있다. 이 기능에 의해 테이프소비량을 증가시키지 않고, 컴포넌트입출력에 있어서의 휘도신호와 색신호의 지연시간조정등을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로한 것이다.The present invention relates to a video signal recording and reproducing apparatus such as a digital VCR having a dedicated area for recording waveform data superimposed on a vertical blanking portion of a video signal.
