본 고안은 책상이나 싱크대등의 설합에 안내레일을 부착하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 목재 설합의 경우에는 제4도에서와 같이 설합에 안내레일을 피스등으로 부착고정 하였으므로 작업이 번거럽고 사용도중 진동에 의해 피스가 풀려서 안내레일이 흔들리는등 결함이 있었으며, 철재의 경우에는 용접작업을 해야하는 어려움이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결코저 설합을 합성수지로 사출성형하되 설합의 저면에 지지편 및 괘지돌기를 일체로 형성하여서 이에 상응하는 삽지홈과 괘재공이 형성된 안내레일을 간단히 조립할 수 있도록된 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
몸체(1)의 저면 양측에 다수의 "T"형 지지구(2)와 괘지돌기(3)가 일정간격으로 형성되고 안내레일(4)에는 삽지홈(5)과 괘지공(6)을 형성하여서 상호결합 시키게된 구성으로서, 미설명부호 7은 피스공, 8은 피스를 표시한 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 보면, 몸체(1)의 지지구(2)에 안내레일(4)의 합지홈(5)이 결합되면 안내레일(4)의 상,하 이탈이 방지되고 몸체(1)의 괘지돌기(3)에 안내레일(4)의 괘지공(6)이 결합되면 좌,우이동을 저지하므로서 몸체(1)에 안내레일(4)이 견고하고 긴밀하게 고정된다.
따라서 일회의 작업으로 조립공정이 완료되므로 작업능률이 높고 양호한 제품은 양산할 수 있음은 물론이며, 내구성이 높은 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 몸체(1)의 저면 양측에 다수의 "T"형 지지구(2)와 괘지돌기(3)가 일정간격으로 형성되고 안내레일(4)에는 삽지홈(5)과 괘지공(6)을 형성하여서 상호 결합 시키게 된 설합의 안내레일 부착장치.
