이와같이된 본 고안은 승강금형을 인상시키고 원통형으로 성형시킨 1차성형물의 몸통(31) 입구를 주입기(19)의 주입관(20)에 꽂아 가압부에 투입하고 몸통홀더(26)를 내향시켜 몸통을 똑바로 유지시킨후 일정량의 액체나 공기를 통체내에 주입시킨후 몸통홀더(26)를 외향시키고 상측 승강금형을 하강시키면(제3도) 성형홈(4)(9)내에서 수통에 압착되면서 소망하는 형태로 가압성형이 되는 이때 수통의 내부에는 일정량의 유체(액체나공기)가 들어있어서 금형의 성형홈에서 가해지는 압력을 적절히 받아 몸통내에서 대항하므로 외벽이 쭈그러듬없이 소망하는 정형이 가능케되고 가압작용이 끝나면 금형을 이간시키고 승강작동대(27)를 작용하여 주입기(19)를 압상시키면 성형실에서 정형된 몸통이 이탈되어 일정높이에 유지되게 되는데 이때 손으로 제품을 인출하여 수통걸이(28)에 꽂으면 내부의 충진물은 밖으로 쏟아지고 주입기(19)의 통수관에 들어있는 물도 흘러나와 버리므로 다음 작업이 가능하여 연속적인 정형작업이 이루어지는 것이다.In this way, the present invention raises the lifting mold and inserts the body 31 inlet of the primary molding formed into a cylindrical shape into the injection tube 20 of the injector 19 to put it in the pressurizing portion, and the body holder 26 is turned inward to the body.
