Abstract
본 발명은 토양에서 분리한 신균주 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomyces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P)과 이를 이용한 축사용 환경처리제에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 가축분뇨 성분을 분해하는 방선균인 스트렙토마이세스 K-1(KCTC 8520P)과 여기에 효소 및 첨가제를 혼합하여 축사의 환경처리 및 탈취에 우수한 효과를 나타내는 축사용 환경처리제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 토양으로부터 분리된 스트렙토마이세스(streptomyces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P).
- 토양으로부터 분리된 스트렙토마이세스(streptomyces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P)과 효소가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 축사용 환경처리제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 셀루라아제, 아밀라아제, 프로테아제 및 리파아제와, 퍼옥시다아제와 카탈라아제 중에서 선택된 어느하나의 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 축사용 환경처리제.
- 제3항에 있어서. 상기 효소들은 셀루라아제:아밀라아제:프로테아제:리파아제:퍼옥시다아제(또는 카탈라아제)=5:10:5:1:1의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축사용 환경처리제.
- 전분과 글루코스 및 탈지대두분을 물에 용해시켜서 된 배지를 멸균시킨 다음 30℃로 냉각하고, 여기에서 신균주 스트렙토마이세스(Stereptomy-ces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P)를 넣고 28℃에서 24시간 배양하여 종배양 액을 얻은 다음, 이를 3%수준으로 접종한 발효조에서 28℃, 200rpm, 1vvm으로 배양시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomy-ces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P)의 배양방법.
- 토양으로 부터 분리배양된 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomyces sp.) K-1(KCTC 8520P)를 함유하는 배합사료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
