Abstract
본 발명은 종래의 연삭, 연마가공에 의하지 않고 성형용 유리소재를 열간정밀가압성형에 의하여 고정도의 광학소자를 제조하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 단순히 유리괴의 절단에 의해 만들어진 입방체(또는 직방체)의 유리소재를 연화점 이상으로 열처리함으로써 높은 표면조도를 갖는 구형상의 성형용 유리소재를 만들어 이를 가압성형하기 위한 광학소자의 제조장치로써 렌즈 성형면이 형성된 상·하부 성형틀 사이에 이송장치에 의하여 상하 및 측방향 이동이 가능하게 설치되며 입방체(또는 직방체)의 성형용 소재가 지지되도록 구멍이 형성된 지지판부를 구비하고, 이 지지판부의 구멍이 상기 입방체 성형용 소재의 하부 경사면과 동일한 경사각도를 갖도록 탭가공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a high-precision optical element by hot-precision pressing of a glass material for shaping without conventional grinding and polishing process, and it is simply a cube (or cuboid) glass made by cutting a glass ingot.
