본 발명은 에어백을 내장한 충격완충제를 갖는 신발 미드소울(midsole : 중창) 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a shoe midsole having a shock absorber having a built-in air bag and a method of manufacturing the same.
본 발명은 상부(6)와 하판(8)으로 이루어진 직육면체 형상의 에어백(3), 상기 상부(6)와 상기 하판(8)에 대해 수직으로 형성된 다수의 벨로우즈 용기, 상기 다수의 벨로우즈 용기의 내부에 내장되는 탄성체, 상기 탄성체를 상기 벨로우즈용기의 내부에 유지하기 위해서 상기 다수의 벨로우즈에 대응하여 형성된 다수의 캡, 상기 에어백(3)에 일단이 연통 가능하게 설치된 연통 파이프(5)및 상기 연통 파이프(5)의 타단에 연통 가능하게 연결된 공기흡출 조절밸브(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격완충체를 갖는 신발 미드소울 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.The present invention relates to a rectangular parallelepiped air bag (3) consisting of an upper (6) and a lower plate (8), a plurality of bellows containers formed perpendicularly to the upper (6) and the lower plate (8), the interior of the plurality of bellows containers. 본 발명에 따르면, 신발의 사용 상태에 따라 쿠션의 정도를 조절할 수 있다. 이 결과, 어떠한 상태하에서도 쾌적한 신발의 착용이 가능해 진다. 한편, 본 발명에 따르면 쿠션의 탄성력을 종래의 경우보다 강하게 할 수 있다. 그리고, 중공의 절두원추형 벨로우즈 돌기부와 센터볼을 채용하는 경우에는 신발에 불균형한 힘이 작용하는 경우에도 신발 전체가 뒤틀리는 것을 방지해주는 효과가 있다.According to the present invention, the degree of cushion can be adjusted according to the use state of the shoe.
