본 발명은 자수기의 동력 전달장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 경우 니들헤드의 바늘대 실채기에 동력전달하는 기술적 구성이 복잡하여 니들헤드의 크기가 비대하여지고 니들헤드중 어느 하나만 고장이 나더라도 자수기 전를 사용하지 못하게 되는등의 문제점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해소하고자, 주측으로부터 헬리컬기어에 의하여 직각방향으로 캠축을 구동시키고 캠의 전면에 크랭크를 설치하여 바늘대의 승하강이 가능하도록 하여 캠의 측면외주여엔 캠홈을 형성하여 실채기링크가 일정각도 범위에서 움지이면서 이와 함께 실채기가 상하작동할 수 있도록 한 동력전달장치를 제공하여 니들헤드내부의 바늘대 및 실채기의 원활한 작동과 함께 구성부품의 최소화에 따른 니들헤드크기의 소형화, 여러니들헤드의 나열식 설치, 종래에 비하여 자수기의 동일폭에 보다 많은 수효의 니들헤드 설치, 이에 따른 자수기의 효율적인 자수작업 및 자수기의 고속화에도 기여할 수 있도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a power transmission device of the embroidery machine, and in the conventional case, the technical configuration of power transmission to the needle bar thread take-up of the needle head is complicated, so that the size of the needle head is enlarged and any one of the needle heads is not used.
