Abstract

본 발명은 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(이하 'ABS'로 칭함) 수지와 폴리 프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌(PE) 등의 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 적절한 상용화제로 구성되는 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 ABS 수지 60-99중량부, 폴리올레핀 수지 40-1중량부, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부에 대하여 20-100중량부의 열가소성 스티렌 공중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 조성물은 종래의 ABS수지에 비하여 프레온 123에 대한 내성이 뛰어 남과 동시에 잘 조화된 인장강도, 충격강도, 굴곡강도를 가지므로 앞으로 프레온 123 또는 141b가 폴리 우레탄 폼의 발포제로 사용될 경우 이에 대응할 수 있는 냉장고 내상재는 물론 기타 내약품성이 요구되는 분야에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. ABS 수지 60-99중량부, 폴리올레핀 수지 40-1중량부, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부에 대하여 20-100중량부의 열가소성 스티렌 공중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리에틸렌 10-90중량부, 폴리프로필렌 90-10 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지는 MFR(melt flow rate)이 10g/분 이하이고, 수평균 분자량이 30,000-50,000, 분자량 분포가 3-15인 에틸렌 호모폴리머 또는 코플리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지소성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지는 MFR(melt flow rate)이 8g/분 이하인 결정성 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 옅가소성 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 스티렌 공중합체는 스티렌-부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 디블록 공중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 트리블록 공중합체 또는 이들의 수소화한 공중합체 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
