본 발명은 1,1,1-트리클로로에탄과 불화수소를 무촉매 반응시켜 1,1-디클로로플루오로에탄(HCFC 141b)과 1-클로로-1,1-디플루오로에탄(HCFC 142b)를 제조함에 있어서, 전환율이 높고 반응생성물인 HCFC 141b및 HCFC 142b의 선택성을 높여줄 수 있는 HCFC-141b 및 HCFC-142b의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.In the present invention, 1,1-dichlorofluoroethane (HCFC 141b) and 1-chloro-1,1-difluoroethane (HCFC 142b) are reacted by noncatalytic reaction of 1,1,1-trichloroethane and hydrogen fluoride.
