현재, 환경공해 해소책의 일환으로 실시되고 있는 여러 가지 유형의 쓰레기 재생처리 시스템에서는 본 발명을 통해 안출하고자 하는 쓰레기 봉지 파쇄수단 자체가 적용되지 못하고 있는바, 쓰레기가 담겨진 상태인 비닐봉지가 수거차량에 의해 운반된 후 특정장소에 하치되면, 비닐봉지에 담긴 쓰레기를 다수의 작업자가 일일이 풀어헤쳐주면서 콘베이어등으로 이루어지는 쓰레기 이송라인에 투입시키는 수동 방식으로 진행하고 있었던 관계로 그 작업 과정이 매우 번거로웠음은 물론 많은 인력이 요구되는 폐단이 노출되고 있었으며, 다른 한편으로는 심한 악취와 먼저공해로 인해 주변작업환경이 극도로 열악할 수 밖에 없어 작업자의 위생상 매우 좋지 않았고, 이러한 작업환경에서 만족할 만한 작업능률을 기대한다는 것 자체가 비현실적 이었던바, 작업효율이 최저치에 머무를 수 밖에 없게 되는 등 여러가지의 문제점을 안고 있는 실정이었다.Currently, in the various types of waste recycling systems that are implemented as part of the solution to environmental pollution, the waste bag crushing means itself is not applicable to the waste bagging process through the present invention.
