본 고안은 각종 전기, 전자 제품에 연결 설치되어 제품 내부에 전원을 공급하여 주는 파워코드를 손쉽고 간편하게 정리하여 걸어 놓을수 있도록한 파우코드 걸이 장치에 관한것으로서, 특히 제품(TV)의 백커버 일측으로 파워코드의 끝단 플러그 접속단자가 끼워 걸려질수 있는 걸림돌기와 삽입함실을 형성시켜 필요시에 즉 제품의 운반이동시나 포장시에 파워코드를 정리하여 묶어준후 끝단의 플러그를 백커버 일측에 형성된 삽입함실 내측의 걸림돌기에 끼워 걸어줄수 있게한 파워코드 걸이 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pouch cord hanger device that is connected to various electrical and electronic products to easily and conveniently arrange a power cord for supplying power inside the product. 그러나 이와같은 종래의 장치는 백커버의 성형시 코드걸이가 백커버와 일체로 사출 성형 되므로, 사출 금형의 구조가 복잡하여, 금형 제작이 난해하고 슬라이드 코아( CORE)를 설치하게 되어 필요 이상으로 금형이 커지게 되므로 금형 제작 고정이 복잡하고, 금형 제조원가를 상승시키는 요인이 되었을 뿐아니라, 제품의 백커버 뒷편에 코드걸이가 돌출형성되어 제품의 설치 사용시나 운반시 돌출된 코드 걸이가 파손되는 경우가 발생하여 사용상 불편이 많았으며, 또한 파워코드를 정리할때에 양측 코드걸이에 일정량 파워코드를 권회시켜준후 잔여분으로 권회된 코드를 묶어 주게되므로 코드에 손상이 가고, 단선이 발생하여 제품의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 문제점이 발생하였던 것이다.However, in the conventional apparatus, since the cord hanger is integrally molded with the back cover during molding of the back cover, the structure of the injection mold is complicated, making the mold difficult and installing a slide core (CORE).
