Abstract

이 발명은 브러시레스 모터에 관한 것으로, 종래에 한개의 공극에서 발생하는 토크가 한계가 있는 것을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로, 이 발명에 따른 모터에서 한개의 모터에 두개의 공극을 형성시켜서 동일크기의 모터로서 모터의 출력을 대폭 증대시킬 수 있게 하면서 효율적으로 자기회로를 구성할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
즉, 이는 회전자 내측에 두개의 마그네트를 장착시킴과 동시에 고정자에는 상기 각각의 마그네트 사이에 여러개로 분리 구성된 스테이터를 삽입설치함으로써 내전형 회전자와 외전형 회전자를 동시에 가지는 양공극형 모터를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 상부에 스테이터가 설치된 고정자의 베이스상에 마그네트가 장착된 회전자의 회전자 케이스가 회전자유롭게 설치된 브러시레스 모터에 있어서, 상기 회전자(50)의 회전자 케이스(51) 내주연과, 회전자 케이스의 회전축(53)에는 외, 내전형 마그네트(52), (55)가 각각 설치되고, 상기 내, 외전형 마그네트 (55), (52) 사이에는 여러개로 분리설치된 스테이터(64)가 설치되어 스테이터(64) 내, 외측과 내, 외전형 마그네트 (55), (52) 사이에는 두개의 공극 (G1), (G2)이 각각 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스(62)상에 스테이터(64)상에 스테이터(64)를 고정 설치하는 지지대(65)와, 회전자의 축(53)이 비자성체로 형성됨을 특지응로 하는 브러시레스 모터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여러개의 스테이터(64)간의 간격(T)이 내외측 공극( G1), (G2)보다 넓게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터.
