Abstract
본 발명은 발효액으로부터 특정 아미노산을 유화액막 추출법을 이용하여 선택적으로 추출ㆍ농축하여 회수하는 공법에 있어서, 전처리를 거친 발효액의 pH를 아미노산의 등전점 이하로 낮춘 다음, 유화액막과 접촉시켜 인산기를 갖는 음이온성 담체를 이용해서 양이온화된 아미노산을 선택적으로 추출하고, 전기적 방법으로 유화액막을 파괴하여 얻어진 내부 수용액상으로 아미노산을 중화법으로 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다.In the process of selectively extracting and concentrating a specific amino acid from the fermentation broth using an emulsion film extraction method, the present invention lowers the pH of the fermentation broth after pretreatment to below the isoelectric point of the amino acid, and then contacts the emulsion film to form an anion having a phosphate group.
