Abstract
본 발명은 통상 완충장치라 불리우는 댐퍼(Damper)에 관한 것으로, 특히, 댐핑계수가 변화되는 댐퍼 조립체에 관한 것이다.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to dampers, commonly referred to as shock absorbers, and more particularly to damper assemblies with varying damping coefficients.
본 발명의 목적에 따른 댐핑계수가 변화하는 댐퍼 조립체는; 내경에 나선형 그로브를 갖는 실리더와; 피소톤로드의 일단부에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 상기 그로브에 삽입되는 돌기와 복수개의 통공을 포함하는 제1디스크와; 상기 제1디스크와 이웃하게 위치하여 상기 피스톤 로드상에 견고히 고정된 복수개의 통공을 포함하는 제2디스크와; 상기 실리더와 피스톤 로드사이에 축선 방향으로 외측으로바이어스 하는 스프링과; 상기 실린더내에 기밀되에 수용된 유체를 포함하는 댐퍼 조립체로 달성할 수 있다.A damper assembly in which the damping coefficient is changed according to the object of the present invention; A cylinder having a spiral groove in the inner diameter; A first disk rotatably mounted at one end of the phisoton rod and including a projection and a plurality of through holes inserted into the groove; A second disk positioned adjacent to the first disk, the second disk including a plurality of holes securely fixed to the piston rod; A spring biased outwardly in an axial direction between the cylinder and the piston rod; A damper assembly can be achieved that includes a fluid tightly contained within the cylinder.
