Abstract
본 발명은 가스로부터 금속 카보닐 화합물을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 금속 카보닐 화합물은 일련의 산업공정(예 : 카보닐화 공정)에 촉매로서 사용된다. 이 경우, 종종 생성되는 페가스는 가스상 출발 물질 이외에 촉매로 사용된 금속 카보닐 및 2차 생성물과 이의 분해 생성물을 함유한다. 이 가스를 과산화수소 수용액과 반응시킨다. 반응하는 동안 금속은 수용성 화합물로서 당해 수용액을 통과한다.

Claims (6)
- 가스를 과산화수소 수용액과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 가스로부터 금속 카보닐 화합물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과산화수소 수용액이 0.5 내지 15중량%의 과산화수소를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과산화수소 수용액이 1.0 내지 10중량% 특히 1.5 내지 5중량%의 과산화수소를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과산화수소 수용액의 pH가 2.0 내지 6.5, 특히 3.0 내지 5.5인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스가 미세하게 분할된 형태로 과산화수소 수용액을 통과하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스와 과산화수소 수용액이 트레이 컬럼을 반대 방향으로 통과하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
