Abstract
본 발명은 바랙터(튜닝 다이오드)와 전압 바이어스를 이용한 유전체 공진 발진기(Dielectric Resonator Oscillator:DRO)를 사용하여 쿠밴드(Ku-Band)에 있어서 전대역(10.95~12.75GHz)을 수신할 수 있도록 하는 광대역 수신용 저잡음 하향 주파수 변환기(Low Noise Blockdown Converter:LNB)에 관한 것으로서, 제2로우패스필터의 출력단에 연결되어 튜너의 전압을 감지하고 전원정류하는 전압 검출회로와, 상기 전압 검출회로의 출력신호에 따라 국부 발진기로 바이어스 전압을 공급하는 전압제어부와, 상기 국부 발진기 및 전압 제어부에 병렬 접속되어 국부 발진기를 튜닝작용을 하는 바랙터 및 코일과, 상기 국부 발진기와 믹서회로사이에 연결되어 국부 발진기의 불요파를 제거하는 밴드 패스필터로 이루어져FET 바이어스전압을 가변시켜 둘 이상의 주파수에서 발진하도록 하여 넓은 대역의 주파수를 수신할 수 있도록 함은 물론 간단한 구성으로 인한 제조원가 절감과 부피를 현저히 감소시켜 소형화가 가능하도록 하는 효과를 제공하게 되는 것이다.The present invention uses a dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) using a varactor (tuning diode) and a voltage bias to provide full bandwidth (10.95 to 12.75 GHz) in a ku-band.
