Abstract

본 발명에서는 고무의 보강성 및 마모특성 향상을 위해서 사용되는 무기충진제의 고무와의 상용성 및 접착력 향상을 위해서 실리카겔에 3-아미노프로필트리 메톡시실란으로 표면처리하고 이를 부타디엔 고무에 다시 화학적으로 결합시켜 만든 보강성 충진제를 도입하므로써 타이어의 내구력을 향상시키고 충진제와 고무간의 접착특성을 향상시키며, 트레드, 싸이드 부위의 고무배합물에 사용하여 발열특성향상, 마모특성향상 등을 가져오도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실리카겔을 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란으로 표면처리한 다음 부타디엔 고무와 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔에의 부타디엔 고무결합 충전제.
  2. 제1항의 실리카겔에의 부타디엔 고무 결합충전제를 1-70pbr첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
