Abstract
본 발명은 레이저프린팅장치에 관한 것으로서, 외측로부터 순차적으로 절연층, 광전도반도체층, 투명전극층 및 투과지지층으로 이루어진 층상구조를 가지며 종축선에 대해 회전 구동되는 종공원통형의 회전감광드럼, 상기 회전감광드럼의 내부에 설치되고, 상기 회전감광드럼의 회전축선과 일치하거나 평행한 회전축에 대해 회전 구동되며, 상기 레이저짐발생수단으로부터 입사된 레이저빔의 진행방향을 소정각도로 변경하여 상기 회전감광드럼의 내표면상의 유효궤적에 주사하는 나선형의 홀로그램격자가 형성된 원통면을 구비하는 격자원통체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 홀로그램격자를 이용한 레이저프린팅장치를 제공한다. 레이저빔의 주사를 위해 홀로그램격자가 형성된 원통체를 회전감광드럼의 내부에 설치함으로써, 간단한 구주와 저렴한 비용으로 효율적인 공간활용을 가능하다.The present invention relates to a laser printing apparatus, which has a layered structure consisting of an insulating layer, a photoconducting semiconductor layer, a transparent electrode layer, and a transmission support layer sequentially from the outside, and rotates and rotates with respect to a vertical axis of a vertical cylindrical drum, and the rotation photosensitive.
