Abstract

본 발명은 섬유유연제 N,N′-디아실디에틸렌비스히도록시알킬트리아민메틸설페이트의 제조방법에 관한것으로서 이미다졸린을 가수분해하여 얻어지는 디아미도아민을 에폭시화반응 및 사차화반응시켜 기존의 섬유유연제보다 유연성이 우수한 섬유유연제를 제조하였으며, 이미다졸린계유연제보다 약 7∼22%유연성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지방산이나 우지와 디에틸펜트리아민을 반응시킨후, 이에 물을 첨가, 반응시킨것에 에폭사이드를 반응시키고 이에 디메틸설페이트를 반응시켜서 된 N,N′-디아실디에틸렌비스히드록시알킬트리아민메틸설페이트 섬유유연제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭사이드로는 에틸렌옥사이드나 프로필렌옥사이드임을 특징으로 N,N′-디아실디에틸렌비스히드록시알킬트리아민메틸설페이트 섬유유연제의 제조방법.
