Abstract

본 발명은 염화알칼리 금속수용액으로부터 염소와 수산화알칼리 금속의 전기분해 생산에 적합하도록 각 단위전해조가 폭발용접결합된 다수의 금속판에 의해서 전기적으로 연결되도록 한 복극식 전해조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 단위전해조는 양극실격판과 양극 및 음극실격판과 음극에 전류가 도통되도록 전기전도판이 다층으로 형성된 양극실과 음극실로 이루어지며, 상기 양극실 격판과 음극실 격판은 이들 사이에 기재되는 폭발용접결합된 다수의 금속판에 의해서 통전되어지며, 상기와 같은 복극식 전해조는 염수를 전해분해하여 염소가스, 수소가스, 가성소다등을 생상하는 공정에 이용될 수 있다.The present invention relates to a bipolar electrolyzer in which each unit electrolyzer is electrically connected by a plurality of metal plates explosion-bonded to be suitable for the electrolytic production of chlorine and alkali metal hydroxide from an aqueous alkali chloride solution.
