Abstract

본 발명은 일정한 크기(지금 0.15㎜~1.2㎜, 길이 0.5㎜~3.0㎜)의 과립상태로 고르게 분산되어 있는 화장비누 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 비누성분을 주기제로 하면서 여러 색상을 지닌 과립을 함유한 화장비누는 물의 용해성 및 사용시 피부의 손상을 전혀 주지 않으면서 과립으로 인한 사용감촉의 새로운 느낌과 다수 이상의 색상을 표현하여 복합적인 색체적 심미감으로 하여금 고부가가치를 실현시킬 뿐 아니라 피부에 유효하거나 또는 어떤 특정적인 목적을 위하여 첨가하는 유효성분을 시각적으로 나타낼 수 있는 화장비누로서 비누의 기능적인 고정개념의 차원을 초월한 화장비누 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 화장비누소지 조성물에 입도가 지름 0.15㎜~1.2㎜ 길이 0.5㎜~3.0인 화장비누 과립이 0.2 내지 2.0 중량부 함유되어 과립상태로 고르게 분산되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 화장비누.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화장비누 과립에 폴리에틸렌글리콜(에틸렌옥사이드 부가몰수 75 내지 200몰)이 1.0 내지 5.0중량부, 글리세린이 1.0 내지 2.0중량부, 폴리쿼터니움-7(8.0%수용액)이 0.2 내지 1.0 중량부로 하나 이상의 성분이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장비누.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화장비누소지 조성물은 탄소원자가 8 내지 20개인 지방산으로 이들 지방산의 출처는 야자유, 팜핵유, 대두유, 팜유, 피자마유, 올리브유, 우지, 돈지, 양지 및 어유등으로 부터 글리세린을 분리하여 얻은 고급지방산과 나트륨(Na) 염으로 화학반응된 고형의 비누로서 수분이 8.0 중량부 내지 16.0 중량부 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화장비누.
