Abstract
본 발명은 초음파 용착기에 관한 것으로, 특히 크로스팬(cross-FAN) 등과같이 연쇄접착을 요하는 초음파 용착기에 있어서, 공구혼과 지그의 동심도 및 진직도를 개선하고, 또한 지그를 회전 가능하게 하므로써 제품의 정밀도를 향상시키며 또한 제품의 불량율을 최소화할 수 있는 초음파용착기에 관한 것으로서, 공구혼을 보유하는 헤드와 지그플레이트를 하나의 가이드상에 구비시키고, 지그플레이트상에 제공되는 지그를 지그플레이트에 대해 회전가능하게 구성하고, 하나의 지그이송축을 구비하고 이를 타이밍 벨트로 회전력을 인가하므로써 헤드와 지그플레이트를 본체 외벽양측에 입설된 가이드에 안내되게 구성하여 공구혼과 지그와의 진직도를 개선하고, 공구혼의 가압진동에 의해 발생하는 제품의 비틀림현상을 지그자체가 회전가능하게 구성하여 그 비틀림력을 흡수하므로써 제품의 비틀림현상을 배제하고, 처짐현상이 소량이고 동력전달의 정확도가 우수한 타이밍벨트를 이용하여 지그플레이트의 승강을 이루게 하므로써 구조가 간단하면서도 지그플레이트의 정확한 승강을 이루게되는 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
