Abstract
본 발명은 유기수용액 분리용으로 적합한 유기 공중합체 투과증발막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 유기수용액에 함유된 물에 대해서는 높은 투과율을 나타내고 유기용제에 대해서는 낮은 투과율을 나타내어 유기 용제를 고순도로 분리해 낼 수 있는 유기수용액 분리용 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체계 투과증발막의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for preparing an organic copolymer pervaporation membrane suitable for separating an organic aqueous solution, and more particularly, a high permeability for water contained in an organic aqueous solution and a low permeability for an organic solvent. 본 발명에서는 아크릴로니트릴에 비닐모노머로서 아크릴산 또는 4 - 비닐피리딘을 사용하여 유화제를 사용하지 않는 에멀젼 종합법으로 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체계 투과증발막을 제조하였다. 본 발명의 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체는 상기와 같이 유화제를 사용하지 않음으로 해서 유화제에 의한 고분자막의 오염을 제거할 수 있었으며, 제조시 중합 용액의 pH를 7로 조정함으로서 좋은 수율로 공중합체를 얻을 수 있었고, 또한 공중합체막의 분리성능을 최적화하기 위해 아크릴로 니트릴-아크릴산 공중합체의 경우 카르복실기를 55몰%정도까지 함유하며, 아크릴로니트릴 -4-비닐피리딘 공중합체막의 경우 피리딘기를 30몰%정도까지 함유함을 그 특징으로 한다.In the present invention, a polyacrylonitrile copolymer-based pervaporation membrane was prepared using an emulsion synthesis method using no acrylic emulsifier or acrylic acid or 4-vinylpyridine as a vinyl monomer.
